COMIT is a stand-alone telemanagement system that processes calls frommultiple telecommunications sytems on one processor. In addition tobasic all accounting functions, the system integrates equipment inventorymanagement by station number, implements service/work order functions;provides trouble reporting; feature administration; and provides cableinventory. COMIT provides a graphical user interface (GUI) that operatesin a single-site/multi-user, multi-site, and service bureau environment.COMIT supports AT&T, IteCom, Mitel, ROLM, NEC America and NorthernTelecom switches, as well as Centrex systems. COMIT operates on bothUNIX and Windows NT platforms in a client/server environment. StandardCOMIT features include database manipulation, integrated databasefunctions, remote polling, and a modular architecture, CAD/CAMintegration is available optionally. In addition, PCR will customizeinput screens and output to meet user requirements.
